Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we can not replace or redirect once the item has been shipped and we want to make sure you get your goods.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We ship all orders Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 12:00pm weekends excluded. All orders received after 12pm PST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Standard (Ground) Shipping is offered on all orders over $100 via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipments can take 1-10 business days, depending on location and COVID related delays.
Express shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). All overnight packages placed after 12pm PST will be sent out the following morning. Charges are based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipments may take longer during holidays.
No international shipping is available at this time but rest assured, we are working on it.

If you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. For a full refund, items must be returned unopened with tags and in their original packaging. Sale items and all vintage and collectibles are non refundable.
To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Once we have verified your return an email with next steps and return address will be sent. All shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to send a tracking as we are unable to refund undelivered packages.
Once we have received your package a refund will be credited to the card on file unless otherwise specified. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post to your account.
